He has completed North America’s largest cross-country ski race: the American BirkebeinerĪs Vice President and Architect, Phil leads the design team and works closely with the project delivery team. One thing your probably don’t know about Ryan: As part of his senior design project at UW-Madison, Ryan worked with a team of five other students to provide design solutions to rehabilitate and restore a historic high school in the Stoughton community.Įnjoying time outdoors on the local ski slopes, lakes and hiking trails. While at the University of Wisconsin, Ryan worked part-time at UW’s Modified Asphalt Research Center as a research assistant and spent his summers at several internships learning about project management and the construction industry. Ryan is a 2017 University of Wisconsin graduate, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and was an active member of the UW Construction Club. Ryan works with the project management team, tasked with leading project specific technical considerations and document control and actively collaborates with contractors, suppliers and internal company stakeholders.
